Product Description:
TRLW series decanter centrifuge is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment designed for oil drilling slurry treatment, mining tailings dewatering, environmental sludge reduction and other scenarios. Through the powerful centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, the solid particles in the suspension are quickly separated, and the slurry purification, waste recycling and water resource recycling are realized, significantly reducing treatment costs.
✅ High-strength separation capacity: up to 4,500 ×g or more, can separate tiny solid particles (2~200μm), suitable for complex media such as high-density drilling mud and viscous sludge.
✅ Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant design: The spiral pusher is protected by YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheets, which has a long service life and is easy to repair and replace.
✅ Explosion-proof configuration: Compliant with ATEX/IECEx standards, suitable for flammable and explosive environments such as oilfield and chemical industry.
✅ Fault self-test system: monitor vibration, temperature, torque, automatically stop the machine and alarm when abnormal (such as bearing overheating or feed blockage).
